I am a group trainer, coach, and learning designer, and over the course of my career I have helped many thousands of people to flourish at work. My work is based on evidence-based approaches that support sustainable performance, without putting health under pressure. I guide individuals and teams in finding practical solutions to strengthen their energy levels, manage stress, build healthy habits, and create a better balance between work and recovery. In doing so, I pay a great deal of attention to integrating movement into the workday and to supporting both body and brain in the workplace.

I grew up in England and have been living and working in the Netherlands since 2003. I live in Amsterdam with my partner and our energetic ten-year-old son. In my free time, I enjoy singing, making music, practicing yoga, and engaging in photography. My mission is to help people build a sustainable, enjoyable, and healthy way of working.

Working style

My working style is practical, people-centered, and firmly anchored in daily reality. I create a safe and supportive setting in which there is room for honest reflection and real change. I combine scientifically substantiated insights with experiential learning, so that people discover what works for them, aligned with their body, energy, and work environment. I strongly focus on translating insight into action, so that learning is directly applicable in work. No standard solutions, but feasible and sustainable habits and strategies that align with both individual and organizational needs.
