Our programs are clear, action-oriented, and lead to sustainable change. Using our Net Energy Score (NES), we make the vitality within your team concretely measurable. This insight allows for targeted action, such as structurally reducing absenteeism and combating energy loss.
A typical Lifeguard team coaching program consists of three sessions spread over approximately four months:
Step 1: Intake & NES Measurement
We always start with an extensive intake with the manager. During this session, we clarify the reason for the program. Is absenteeism too high? Is there a lack of energy within the team? Or does high workload result in reduced performance? Based on the intake, we select the most suitable team coach to guide the program.
Using our scientifically backed NES measurement, we assess the team’s vitality in detail beforehand. This provides a clear baseline, which we will later use to track progress throughout the program.
Step 2: Action-Oriented Approach
Our programs are characterized by a practical approach: no long theoretical sessions, but rather hands-on, direct action. From the first session, employees work on concrete goals and actions to boost their own energy and that of the team. Our coaches facilitate this process with current insights and practical experience, but the ownership lies with the team itself. This ensures lasting change.
From experience, we know this approach energizes employees. They feel heard and valued, which translates into higher motivation and lower absenteeism rates.
Step 3: Monitoring and Sustainable Integration
After a few months, another NES measurement is conducted. This shows the progress made and which goals have been achieved. The results are not only felt but also measurable. This encourages the team to continue on their current path, ensuring sustainable improvement in vitality and a structural reduction in absenteeism.
