Nicole Starmans, Senior HR Business Partner at Atradius:

We deliberately chose Lifeguard because their pragmatic approach and informal style align perfectly with our family-oriented culture. Participation in The Step is voluntary, which actually fueled a great deal of enthusiasm and trust across the organization.”

“The program encourages personal leadership, which is now clearly visible in our workplace. Colleagues are taking more initiative, making more conscious decisions, and improving their work-life balance. A key success factor was the active involvement of managers, which helped build trust at every level of the company. The Step has now become a central element of our business strategy.
