85% of Atradius employees report improved energy balance after participating in Lifeguard program 'The Step'
Atradius partnered with Lifeguard to launch The Step, an energy program focused on boosting resilience, vitality, and personal ownership among employees. Over 300 of the company’s 500 employees have successfully participated—yielding impressive results. No less than 85% report an improved energy balance, and resilience scores rose significantly compared to the national benchmark.
Nicole Starmans, Senior HR Business Partner at Atradius:
“We deliberately chose Lifeguard because their pragmatic approach and informal style align perfectly with our family-oriented culture. Participation in The Step is voluntary, which actually fueled a great deal of enthusiasm and trust across the organization.”
“The program encourages personal leadership, which is now clearly visible in our workplace. Colleagues are taking more initiative, making more conscious decisions, and improving their work-life balance. A key success factor was the active involvement of managers, which helped build trust at every level of the company. The Step has now become a central element of our business strategy.”
