The table features a laptop, coffee cups, and snacks, with decorative plants adding to the ambiance—a perfect spot for brainstorming their Lifeguardprogramma ideas.

6,500 ING employees feel more energized thanks to Lifeguard program

Together with Lifeguard, ING developed the ‘WQ Program’—WQ standing for Wellbeing Quotient. It measures how energized ING employees feel and how the Lifeguard program enhances their performance. An impressive 82% of participants report improved ability to manage work pressure. To date, 6,500 employees across multiple countries have participated.

Lifeguard also supports ING’s onboarding process and plays a key role in the international leadership program.
