45% of Jeroen Bosch Hospital participants report fewer burnout complaints

In collaboration with Lifeguard, Jeroen Bosch Hospital (JBZ) has launched the ‘Healthy and Well’ program. Lifeguard supported JBZ in developing this in-house health initiative, which was partly inspired by the successful program at RadboudUMC.

The aim of JBZ’s program is to inspire employees to adopt sustainable healthy behaviors—both professionally and personally.

Susan Peelen, HR Specialist for Occupational Health and project leader of the program at JBZ:

“Within a day of posting the call for participants on our intranet, the group was full! For now, the program is open to a pioneering group. We are continuously evaluating how to further integrate it into the organization. It’s important that we leverage as much internal knowledge as possible—of course, in co-creation with Lifeguard.”

"The program challenged me to try new things related to personal energy management, nutrition, and exercise."
