Vanessa Bartlett

I am determined to strive for an optimal energy balance at all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. An energetic life is possible for everyone! My academic background includes studies in Culture, Organization, and Management at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam.

In addition to my involvement with Lifeguard, I share my passion as a yoga, sports, and dance teacher. I cherish my family and find joy in long walks in nature, listening to music and dancing, sharing good food with friends, and practicing various forms of yoga.
