As a coach and trainer, I guide individuals and teams with a solution-focused perspective to gain control over their energy. I believe in the talents of every individual, and my motto is: “In every challenge lies an unconscious desire for growth.” My guidance helps people connect with their own (unconscious) talents, so that they can handle challenges independently while simultaneously growing in their personal development.

Working style

My coaching style is characterized by a combination of goal orientation and empathy. The help request is always central, and the coachee determines the course themselves. As a coach, I temporarily travel along until the destination is reached. Sometimes mirroring and empathic, sometimes analytical and practical when that contributes to the question. The insights gained are always directly translated into practical steps for daily practice.
