Energizing people for better performance and more happiness. With my backpack full of knowledge, skills, and energy, I help people perform sustainably in all the roles they fulfill. That is what makes my blood flow faster and my eyes start to sparkle. As a coach and trainer, I work with companies, (sports) teams, and individuals. I do this with full passion in every environment in which I am active: in my work at Lifeguard as well as in my dynamic private life with my family and our shared sporting hobbies.
The combination of my energetic, positive, and playful character with my scientific background comes together in my personal adage: “Fun backed by science.” Sport forms a common thread in my life. I love the competition it brings, the physical, mental, and emotional skills it develops, and the connection that sport and movement create. As a metaphor for life, sport works particularly powerfully for me.

My style is energetic, positive, and people-centered. I always work from the individual, with genuine attention to who someone is and what is needed to perform sustainably. Learning may be fun: playful where possible, serious where necessary. My approach is practical and directly applicable, but always scientifically grounded. I am connective in my way of working and create trust and movement within teams. Performance and enjoyment go hand in hand, with an eye for the long term and vitality.
