With my background in boxing, I know what it feels like to want to get the best out of yourself. Your ambition can give strength and also pressure. In my work as a coach and psychologist, I help you explore what truly drives you, and how you can perform without losing yourself or the connection with others in the process. I believe that growth arises from a safe place within yourself and the space to pause. From a place of involvement, I guide you toward more calm and confidence, so that from there you can make choices that feel right.
Outside of my work, I recharge from walks in the forest with my second chance dog, conjuring up new recipes from my kitchen, and quality time with my partner Delano.
