Herre Zonderland
Trainer
Since 2012, I have been a speaker and trainer on the themes that I refer to as the conditions required for sustainable performance. As a former elite athlete (gymnastics), I know how important it is to take good care of yourself. As an “ordinary person,” I have experienced that the same principles apply. In addition to my role as husband and father of two daughters, I have many other roles as well. In doing so, I try to combine work and private life in good harmony. Not necessarily easy—and that is exactly where the challenge lies! I believe that being fresh, fit, and sharp at the right moments is the foundation of performance. If you achieve the right results with the right efforts, you can be sure that you have used your time and energy well. That is what I like to challenge people to do.
Working style
My style is characterized by a lot of energy and positive enthusiasm. I invite people to engage in dialogue to find out how they are performing. I deliver my message with a sense of urgency and a touch of humor, and I like to create a setting in which people can be open. Getting people into action without being preachy gives me a great deal of energy.
