As a Lifeguard coach, I support both personal and professional development and focus on stress and burn-out guidance, work–life balance, and grief and loss processing. I help you live more consciously and gain insight into the way you make choices—from your head or from your heart. I have many years of experience in the corporate world, where I held leadership positions at a large bank. I am the proud mother of two cheerful teenagers. In my free time, you can find me on the padel court or running through the fields. In addition, I enjoy discovering new destinations abroad.
