I help people perform better by not helping them too much. In addition to my work at Lifeguard, I am the proud father of Keet and Ted and the partner of Rosanne. I also enjoy doing triathlons or marathons, which give me a lot of energy and motivation—watching sports as well, by the way. And traveling is probably my favorite activity when I am not working.

Working style

Through my open, pragmatic attitude and listening ear, I create space for what is. We look at it together without judgment, think in terms of possibilities, and get to work in a practical way, with you remaining in control. In doing so, I motivate and inspire you and will ask the difficult questions that may (temporarily) unsettle you, but will also lead to new insights.
