Ellen Egging

Coaching is, to me, the most beautiful profession there is. What a richness it is to help another, from a place of connection, to let go of old survival patterns and to rediscover themselves. At the deepest level, I experience that the quality of the relationship is decisive for the outcome. In my private life as well, connection with others is the most important thing. I cherish deep friendships and, above all, enjoy my family with three—now gradually leaving home—children. Before joining Lifeguard, I worked at ING for 20 years in various HR roles, the last ten years as a trainer and coach. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature. I like intense workouts at the gym and also seek calm through yoga. I am always up for a good glass of wine accompanied by equally good food.
