TNO and Lifeguard build a structured path toward an energetic organization
Together with Lifeguard, TNO has developed the program ‘Fit for your Future’, focusing on creating a vital, high-energy work environment. To date, more than 12 vitality initiatives have been launched, with teams consistently working on energy, engagement, and employability.
Lifeguard supports TNO at a strategic level and delivers energy training sessions for teams. In addition, we are co-developing an innovative range of health and vitality services. Employees also benefit from an ambassador program, in which colleagues promote health and well-being within their teams.
