The program focuses on sustainable improvements in individual vitality and actively supports better work-life balance, higher productivity, and reduced absenteeism.
The results speak for themselves: the cooperation with Lifeguard results in increased productivity by an average of 18% and employee engagement rose by 8%. Furthermore, absenteeism dropped by 37%, resulting in substantial cost savings.
