85% of EY employees feel fitter thanks to Lifeguard’s energy management

Lifeguard has helped Ernst & Young (EY) achieve structurally better performance through a unique approach to energy management. With the specially developed Top Performer program, Lifeguard focuses specifically on improving the physical, mental, and emotional energy of employees. This is achieved through workshops, coaching, and training sessions tailored to individual energy and stress levels.

EY saw impressive results. Thanks to the program, employees spend an average of 2 hours less per week on non-productive work, 85% feel fitter, 77% experience less fatigue, and 68% report a better work-life balance.

Toine van Laack, Partner at Ernst & Young:

“To improve our top performance culture, it is essential to embed the programs within our existing training. That way, we show that it’s taken seriously. We want people to be able to deliver sustainable top performance.”

"I can say without a doubt that the improvement in physical condition has contributed to better performance and concentration at work."
