80% of Rabobank employees participate in the Sparkle program

Rabobank wants to prepare its employees mentally and physically for organizational changes and consciously chose Lifeguard for this.

In 2016, the vitality program Sparkle was launched. Lifeguard provided customized workshops tailored to needs such as relaxation, sleep, mindfulness, and mental focus. The result? Employees feel fitter, healthier, and better equipped to handle change. Rabobank remains a valued client of Lifeguard.

Director of Corporate Clients Pieter Leyssius:

“Employees started eating healthier, began losing weight, quit smoking, started cycling more, and sleeping better. Exercise and health have become part of daily life. As a result, people feel better in their own skin, which also affects their interaction with customers. Our NPS and CES scores have increased. It has brought us an incredible amount. And I wish that for everyone.”

HR Team Coordinator Ineke de Haan:

“It wasn’t just another corporate project, but more of a gift to yourself — the opportunity, by choice, to become mentally and physically fitter. And that was received very positively: about 80% of colleagues participated enthusiastically.”

“The program offers customization. There was a need for mental and emotional vitality. We’ve gone through several reorganizations by now, and people have indicated that the program truly helped them stay resilient during those times.”
