Since 2014, Macaw has worked closely with Lifeguard to implement the 20-20 Energy initiative. Through targeted training sessions, health checks, and one-on-one coaching, Lifeguard supports lasting behavioral change within the organization.

To date, more than 300 employees have benefited from a healthy work culture centered on vitality, energy, job satisfaction, and personal development.
